For me, celebrating the holidays means making seasonal decorations. Including kids in the planning and decorating process can help keep kids active while they are out of school and can provide a fun activity to bring the family together. There are so many ways to celebrate gratitude throughout the year but it becomes particularly relative during the Thanksgiving season. These adorable and simple to make holiday watercolor gratitude leaves are a fabulous way to encourage kids to share what they are thankful for, besides being a great art project. They are simple to make and fun to decorate for kids of all ages!
First, cut out leaf and acorn shapes into your watercolor paper. Then you can use watercolor paints to turn the white holiday watercolor gratitude leaves into all the beautiful colors of autumn. Don’t be afraid to mix colors for a fun fall look!
