Transform a simple terracotta pot into an enchanting unicorn planter using OOLY Creatibles Air Dry Clay Kit, OOLY Paintology Acrylic Paint Set, and OOLY markers. This fun and easy craft project is perfect for kids and adults alike. With a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of imagination, this simple pot becomes a whimsical unicorn planter that’s sure to brighten up any corner of your home or garden.

Directions:
Step 1: Begin by painting your terracotta pot with your favorite color from the OOLY Paintology Acrylic Paint Set. The pastel shades work beautifully for this project, giving your unicorn a soft and dreamy look. Let the paint dry completely.
Step 2: Using the OOLY Creatibles Air Dry Clay, select the colors you’d like for your flower petals. Roll out five small balls of clay for each flower you plan to create. These balls will serve as the petals of your flower.
Step 3: Take the five clay balls and gently press them together in a circular shape, connecting each ball to form a flower.
Step 4: Using the tools found in the air dry clay set, make indentations in the clay to add details to the flower petals.
Step 5: Repeat this process to create multiple flowers in various colors, you will need approximately 10 flowers for each crown. Next, use the Paintology Acrylic Paints and Vivid Pop! Water-Based Paint Markers to color the flowers to match the color scheme of your planter. For an extra touch of magic, add some sparkle with Rainbow Sparkle Glitter Markers!
Step 6: Next, craft the unicorn's horn, ears, and leaves for the floral crown. Start by painting two small triangular ears on white cardstock using your Paintology acrylic paints. On a separate piece of paper, use Vivid Pop! Water-Based Paint Markers to draw teardrop-shaped leaves. Then, cut a large triangle from white felt to create the unicorn horn. Once all your shapes are ready, cut them out!
Step 7: Attach the felt horn and ears to the inside rim of the painted pot using glue. Arrange the clay flowers and leaves around the top edge of the pot to form a lovely crown, then glue them in place securely.
With OOLY Vivid Pop! Markers or Rainbow Sparkle Glitter Markers, draw your unicorn's face on the front of the pot. Create cute closed eyes with long lashes, or add your own unique facial expression to bring your unicorn to life.
Step 8: Once all the pieces are dry and secure, your unicorn planter is ready to be filled with a plant of your choice. Whether placed indoors or outdoors, this planter is sure to add a whimsical touch to any setting.
